Delta Showcases Industrial and Data Center Power Solutions at CIIF 2023

Delta just participated in the China International Industrial Fair 2023 (CIIF 2023) in Shanghai after the event’s two year postponement due to the pandemic. Delta's booth featured three areas including “Green Manufacturing”, “Smart Health Office”, and “Factory Microgrid” under the theme “Delta Net Zero Factories”. The five-day event attracted more than 200 thousand visitors. Many of them visited Delta’s booth and were interested in industrial and data center power solutions.

Significantly, the M∞V^air 1kW Wireless Charging System, which made its debut at the event, impressed the CIIF host with its cutting-edge wireless charging technologies, high efficiency and market potential, and was awarded the “CIIF Smart Manufacturing Award”, making it the first Delta product to receive this honor.  

Exhibited power products at CIIF included:

• M∞V^air Wireless Charging System
  Delta’s new wireless charging system M∞V^air series, which features 93% power conversion efficiency, aims at the wireless charging demands of automatic industrial vehicles, such as AGVs and AMRs. The models of the series include 1kW, which just won the “CIIF Smart Manufacturing Award”, as well as 30kW, and will add 3.3kW next year.
• Industrial Power Supplies
  Delta presented the high-end DIN rail power supply Force-GT Series, which boasts up to 95% efficiency, panel mount power supply PMT2 series and DIN rail power supply LYTE II series, applicable to semiconductor equipment, precision machinery, industrial robots, and other industrial equipment.
• Power Supplies for Internet Applications
  Delta’s power supplies for internet applications included the 65W and 90W PoE products that conform to IEEE 802.3b and IEEE 802.3af/at standard. They also featured protections such as over-voltage and over-temperature. Another exhibit was the ADH 150W power supply which has 54V/150W output, 32.2mm low profile, and -5°C to 50°C operating temperature, suitable for community base stations.
• DC-DC and AC-DC Converters
  Delta exhibited several DC-DC and AC-DC converters, including the non-isolated, half-brick DC-DC power converter H60SB series. This series features 98% ultra-high efficiency and supports 9-60V input voltage, 0-60V output voltage as well as 3,000W power output. The other exhibit was the AC-DC converter FACSR series for 5G base stations. It has 12-55V output voltage, 800W output power, and up to 93% efficiency.
• Server Power Solutions
  Integrated with the data center solutions at the tradeshow, Delta showcased various server power supplies. The most attractive one was the latest ORV3 18kW power shelf which consists of six 3kW power supplies. It features 97.5% power conversion efficiency and supports 48/50V voltage outputs. Coupled with the team’s latest power management controller (PMC), the power shelf could realize smart energy management for data center clients.
